Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High-Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
All of our training is done in a group class setting. The camaraderie of the group is what makes CrossFit and #CrossFitPlattsburgh different than your regular run of the mill gym.
All of our staff are qualified fitness specialists, successful athletes, and dedicated CrossFitters and coaches. We genuinely care about our members and how we can best impact their lives in a positive way.

Once you walk into the gym, or “The Box”, as many CrossFit gyms are called, it’s immediately apparent that CrossFitPlattsburgh does not resemble most gyms.
We are approximately 3,600 sq/f facility located at 164 Boynton Ave, Plattsburgh NY. We have no mirrors, no TVs, no gleaming weight machines, ellipticals or treadmills – just rubber matting open floor space to train the most important machine in the gym – you.
What we do have are Bumper plates and barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, ropes, truck tires, concept 2-row machines, assault bikes, climbing ropes, rigs, and racks, etc…
We train the body as a functional machine that is designed to work as a unit, so you won’t be doing many exercises that isolate one individual muscle. We choose equipment and exercises that require training multiple muscle groups/joints to work together to promote strength, neuromuscular control, power, stamina, endurance, balance, speed, and more.
